morning' lovely Wednesday!

Kom hem och körde armar och mage med Kaylas program. Super enkelt att kunna köra hemma. Jag använde mig av en stol till Tricep Dips, och skulle haft mina hantlar men kunde inte hitta dem. Lyssnade på massa skön musik och tog en snabb dusch efter det. Nu sitter jag och har precis ätit bästa frukosten, och druckit en vitaminjuice med apelsin, grapefrukt och ananans innan jag ska in på ett möte i stan! Vi hörs senare idag!
// This morning I set my alarm on 7 for a morning walk. 30 minutes later I was out of the house, and did a stop at my best friends house whom I haven't seen for a month, and tomorrow she's going away again, haha. I continued my walk to the grocery store to fix my bus pass and bought a pineapple on my way home too. So, a walk at almost 7 km, nice! I'm always doubting about walking in the morning since my bed sometimes is the more attractive option, but once I'm out walking I love it. It's a great way to clear your thoughts and get inspired for so much things. A great tips for those of you who with "full heads", start the day with a walk!
Got home and did the arms/ abs session with Kaylas workouts. Super easy to do at home. I used a chair for the tricep dips, and would have used my dumbbells if I could just find them. Listened to lots of good music and took a quick shower after that. Now I'm eating the bets breakfast ever, and I just finished a real vitamin boost juice with orange, grapefruit and pineapple before a meeting in the city. I'll check in here later!
